Bummed!

My usual routine is to write when I am at my less-than exciting job with nothing to do. (As I have said, this job - a lawyer - is one where I can't go out and drum up business for him.)
Then I bring my timeless prose home, edit it, and add it to my diary. So yesterday I came home, turned on my computer, and logged onto the 'net. It connected - and went black!
I tried everything I knew, called my computer expert (my son - that's his job), and talked to Dell Support. All we've been able to do is eliminate possible reasons for the problem. So I have no computer.
I can borrow a computer to access almost everything - except my prime e-mail. So don't write me for a while. I'm bummed.
