Whine!

I really hate whining. And if you do too, feel free to skip this entry. I just feel crappy. A little research shows that I have had this feeling before, usually at this time of year. I absolutely hate to see the summer go, particularly as we didn’t have a real summer this year. Now the days are getting shorter — I hate getting up when it’s still dark outside — and it will be three or four months before the turnaround is obvious.
Now, add to that a bit of a head cold. Maybe once a year I get one. It didn’t seem like a lot. But I ache. And I am chilled. The house is not that cold; even the weather is not that cold yet. So I took some Tylenol® and waited the twenty minutes I know it takes, and suddenly I was too warm. So I seem to be running a low-grade fever too. That is really annoying.
I have no ambition whatsoever. Time to send for the “wa-wa-wambulence.”
